Another Enigin Training Course A Success!

Wow – another triumphant Enigin training course over!

The last time I posted, one week before training, I was in the midst of setting up accounts, confirming arrangements and protecting the training biscuit stash from hungry Directors amongst other equally challenging tasks!

The first few days after any Enigin training course almost seem like a brief pause of calmness before the ball starts to gather speed and roll along straight into the next one – that’s one of the things I love about Enigin, there’s always exciting stuff just round the corner and no two days are ever the same!

Although I speak frequently to all Distributors before they arrive in the UK, it’s always great to put faces to names and actually meet in person.

Constantly learning more about different countries and cultures is an added bonus of my role and just as no two days are ever the same in the Enigin office – no two training courses are either……However many attendees we have each month, there’s always a huge variety of people, personalities and cultures that join together at the Enigin office with one common goal – to get their own Energy Saving Business started with a bang.

In particular this month, it was noted that there was a general air of seriousness and hesitation on the first day. It’s imperative that Distributors go back to their respective countries with complete confidence and assurance in the products, support and Enigin solution and it’s the job of the Development Team during the Enigin training course to make sure that this is the case……so we rolled up our sleeves and got started!

Following a great first days session with the Managing Director, a number of one to one meetings with various members of the Enigin team and an exciting day watching a live Eniscope Installation, by Wednesday, the group was definitely re-assured, confidently energized and enthusiastic to get their businesses started. We enjoyed a fantastic meal out together in the evening and I can safely say that the chatter was mostly based around the excited anticipation of an entire day looking at products starting the following morning…..although the odd heated sports debate may have also crept into the conversation!

By Friday, after a traditional Cornish lunch of pasties and cream teas, everyone was itching to get started and it was a pleasure waving everyone off with big smiles.

So there we have it – another training week over and another group of satisfied Distributors raring to go – we’ve already had some great emails from various attendees thanking us for exceeding their expectations during the course – always fantastic to hear. And just as quickly as one course finishes, already I am on target and getting ready for the final Enigin training course of 2009 – I am sure we will end just as we started – satisfied, in high spirits and enjoying sharing in continuous success all over the globe!

Hi and welcome to my blog!

There are loads of exciting new developments and events coming up in the world of the Business Development Team at the minute. We have just ended another action-packed and successful training course at head office in St Austell, Cornwall. Even the wet weather couldn’t dampen the excitement and enthusiasm of the staff and new distributors as we worked together through the week to ensure everyone was happy, confident and ready to start assisting businesses just like you to save energy, cut costs and maximize profits back in their respective countries.

Once one course ends, another one starts just as quickly and I am currently in the middle of new preparations for November training. Part of my role is to ensure all manuals, arrangements and supplies (yes, including tea and biscuits!) are ready prior to the program.
Why is this important?

A successful training course is vital to ensure distributors are fully educated, encouraged and totally assured of the solution they are offering to companies like you!   
I love watching course attendees view live product demos and listen to awesome case studies which, if possible, only enhances and boosts their confidence in Enigin! Most can’t wait to get started and share it all with you.
Already we have had reports and excited phone calls flooding in from distributors who attended even the most recent courses regaling us with great news, first appointments and positive feedback.
       
It’s also fantastic to keep up to date with partners and distributors who have been on board for a while. We currently have two Enigin Directors who have travelled in opposite directions of the globe to meet and catch up with success stories from Australia and Florida. Naturally they are making all the office staff back in the UK very envious by sending great pictures and reports (usually in the blazing sunshine) of these partners, their offices and in some cases, their satisfied clients too. You might already be one of them!
These partners came on board over a year ago and have enjoyed many triumphs and successes since then, with companies from a huge radius already benefitting from their Energy Saving Products and solutions.
